Open the book to Figure 24, Source Calligraphy San Jiao Chang Tong. San means three. Jiao means Upper Jiao, Middle Jiao and Lower Jiao. Chang Tong means flows freely.

We are going to practice with the Soul Healing Miracles Book. There are Source Ling Guang Calligraphies within the book. We will work with figure 24, Source Calligraphy San Jiao Chang Tong.

Above the diaphragm is the Upper Jiao which includes the heart, lung and brain. From diaphragm to the navel is the Middle Jiao and includes spleen, and stomach. From the navel to the genitals is the Lower Jiao includes liver, large and small intestines, kidneys, urinary bladder, sexual and reproductive organs.

This is the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine. San Jiao is the pathway of qi and bodily fluid. Blood is yin and qi is yang. When you promote the San Jiao flow the blood and bodily fluid will flow freely.

Place the calligraphy where you have challenges. This is Body Power.
