The sacred and secret mantra for healing your kidneys and Water element is Jin Dan Zhuang Shen (pronounced jeen dahn jwahng shun). “Zhuang” means strengthen. “Shen” means kidneys. “Jin dan zhuang shen” means Jin Dan strengthens kidney function with healing and rejuvenation.

Another sacred and secret mantra for this practice is Jin Dan Zhi Shui (pronounced jeen dahn jr shway). “Zhi” means heal. “Shui” means Water element, which includes the urinary bladder, ears, and bones, and fear and fright in the emotional body. “Jin dan zhi shui” means Jin Dan heals Water element, including the urinary bladder, ears, and bones, and fear and fright in the emotional body.

Apply the Four Power Techniques to do this practice at any time:

Body Power. Sit up straight. Gently touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Put your right palm on your right kidney. Put your left palm on your lower abdomen below your navel.

Soul Power. Say hello:
Dear soul mind and body of my Jin Dan,
Dear soul mind body of my kidneys and my Water element,
I love you, honor you, and appreciate you.
You have the power to heal my kidneys and to heal my Water element, including the urinary
bladder, ears, bones, and fear and fright.
I am extremely grateful.
Thank you.

Mind Power. Visualize a golden light ball rotating in your kidneys, urinary bladder, ears, and bones, and healing fear and fright.

Sound Power. Chant or sing silently or aloud:

Dear Ones,

The sacred and secret mantra for healing your heart and Metal element is Jin Dan Xuan Fei (pronounced jeen dahn shwen fay). “Xuan” means spread the food essence. In traditional Chinese medicine, the spleen has the function to spread the food essence (energy) from the stomach and small intestine to the chest. Then the lungs have the function to transfer the food essence to the heart. “Fei” means lungs. “Jin dan xuan fei” means Jin Dan spreads the food essence to boost lung function with healing and rejuvenation.

Another sacred and secret mantra for this practice is Jin Dan Zhi Jin (pronounced jeen dahn jr jeen). “Zhi” means heal. The second “Jin” means Metal element, which includes the large intestine, nose, and skin, and grief and sadness in the emotional body. “Jin dan zhi jin” means Jin Dan heals

Another sacred and secret mantra for this practice is Jin Dan Zhi Mu (pronounced jeen dahn jr moo). “Zhi” means heal. “Mu” means Wood element, which includes the gallbladder, eyes, tendons, and anger in the emotional body. “Jin dan zhi mu” means Jin Dan heals Wood element, including gallbladder, eyes, and tendons, and anger in the emotional body.

Apply the Four Power Techniques to do this practice at any time:

Body Power. Sit up straight. Put the tip of your tongue as close as you can to the roof of your mouth without touching it. Put your right palm on your liver. Put your left palm on your lower abdomen below your navel.
