There are five “steps” for every spiritual being for the
spiritual journey:
Jing (matter)
Qi (energy)
Shen (soul)
Xu (partial emptiness)
Tao (total emptiness)
Lian Jing Hua Qi (Transform Jing to Qi)
“Lian” means practice.
“Jing” means matter. “Hua” means transform. “Qi” means energy. Energy is tiny matter. As I
explained in my Tao I book, matter
inside the cells is constantly transforming to energy outside the cells, and
energy outside the cells is constantly transforming back to matter inside the
cells.
“Lian jing hua qi” (pronounced lyen jing hwah chee) means transform
jing to qi. It is another ancient Tao term that is very important. It
teaches Tao practitioners that they have to increase the frequency and purity
of their matter and energy. In ancient Tao teaching, there are many sacred
practices to accomplish lian jing hua qi. I have benefited greatly from these
teachings and practices, but now there is a new way to transform jing to qi. We
will use the Four Power Techniques:
Body Power. Sit
up straight. Gently touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Put
both palms on your lower abdomen.
Soul Power. Say hello:
Dear soul mind body of
Lian Jing Hua Qi,
I love you.
You are a great Tao
teaching.
We are honored to have
a new way to do Lian Jing Hua Qi.
The new way is to
chant Lian Jing Hua Qi.
Thank you.
How does it work? To chant Lian Jing Hua Qi is to give a Soul Order. Soul is the boss. Your
body’s matter will transform to energy automatically. The frequency of your
matter and energy will be further transformed all of the time. The more you
practice, the more transformation will occur, and the more power you will gain
in your jing and your qi.
Mind Power.
Visualize golden light in your entire body, from head to toe and skin to
bone.
Sound Power.
Chant repeatedly:
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Jing Hua Qi …
Chant for at least three to five minutes. The longer and the
more often you chant, the better. Chanting Lian
Jing Hua Qi is one of the most important daily Tao practices. There is no
time limit for this chanting.
Lian Qi Hua Shen (Transform Qi to Shen)
“Lian” means practice.
“Qi” means energy. “Hua” means transform. “Shen” means souls. “Lian qi hua shen” (pronounced lyen chee hwah shun) means transform qi to soul. Why does ancient
Tao teaching seek to transform energy to soul? Because soul has higher
frequency. To transform qi to shen is to increase the frequency of energy to
the soul level. Our new practice uses the Four Power Techniques:
Body Power. Sit
up straight. Gently touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Put
both palms on your lower abdomen.
Soul Power. Say hello:
Dear soul mind body of
Lian Qi Hua Shen,
I love you.
You have the power to
transform Qi to Shen.
Do a good job.
I am extremely
honored.
Thank you.
Mind Power.
Visualize golden light in your entire body, from head to toe and skin to bone.
Sound Power.
Chant:
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Qi Hua Shen …
Chant for at least three to five minutes. The longer you
chant, the better. Chanting Lian Qi Hua
Shen is another one of the most important daily Tao practices. There is no
time limit for this chanting.
Lian Shen Huan Xu (Transform and return Shen to Xu)
“Lian” means practice.
“Shen” means souls. “Huan” means return. “Xu” means emptiness. “Lian shen huan xu” (pronounced lyen shun hwahn shü) means return
shen to emptiness.
After Lian Qi Hua Shen (the previous line, step, and
practice), energy reaches the soul level. The next step is Lian Shen Huan Xu.
The next layer for the soul is the empty layer.
The important secret I want everybody to know is that Lian
Shen Huan Xu happens in the heart. The heart is where this step is
accomplished. The Divine and Tao released this secret to me.
Throughout history, millions of people have studied Tao.
Many masters and practitioners have offered many explanations about the
processes of Lian Jing Hua Qi, Lian Qi Hua Shen, Lian Shen Huan Xu, and the
next line, Lian Xu Huan Tao. The secret has always been where these four steps
of transformation occur in the body. I am honored that the Divine and Tao have
released major sacred wisdom to me for my Tao I book.
Lian Jing Hua Qi happens in the kidneys. Lian Qi Hua Shen
happens in the Zhong Gong (pronounced jawng
gawng), the area above the navel. Lian Shen Huan Xu happens in the heart.
Now let us extend the Tao practice and chant:
Lian Jing Hua Qi
(pronounced lyen jing hwah chee)
Lian Qi Hua Shen
(pronounced lyen chee hwah shun)
Lian Shen Huan Xu
(pronounced lyen shun hwahn shü)
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Shen Huan Xu
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Shen Huan Xu
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Shen Huan Xu
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Shen Huan Xu
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Shen Huan Xu
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Shen Huan Xu
…
What is happening when you chant these three lines? Matter
transforms into energy in the kidneys. Then the energy will be uplifted to the
soul level in the Zhong Gong. Finally, the souls will go into the emptiness
condition in the heart. These are vital secrets that the Divine and Tao released to me in my Tao I book. Practice more. The benefits are beyond anyone’s
comprehension. This will serve humanity in a major way for healing and
rejuvenation.
Lian Xu Huan Tao (Transform and return Xu to Tao)
“Lian” means practice.
“Xu” means emptiness. “Huan” means return. Tao is The Way. “Lian xu huan
Tao” (pronounced lyen shü hwahn dow)
means transform and return emptiness to
Tao.
Reaching emptiness happens in the heart. Returning to Tao
happens in the brain. Tao is emptiness. Xu is emptiness also. Xu happens in the
heart. Tao happens in the brain. The wisdom is that emptiness has layers. To
reach Xu is to reach emptiness, but not complete emptiness. Tao is complete
emptiness. To transform Xu to Tao is to reach complete emptiness.
The sacred practice is to chant Lian Xu Huan Tao in order to reach Tao. Chant with me now for three
minutes:
Lian Xu Huan Tao (pronounced lyen shü hwahn dow)
Lian Xu Huan Tao
Lian Xu Huan Tao
Lian Xu Huan Tao
Lian Xu Huan Tao
Lian Xu Huan Tao
Lian Xu Huan Tao …
Chant for at least three to five minutes per time. The more
you chant, the better.
Now we can do all four steps of transformation together,
from Jing to Qi to Shen to Xu to Tao as one. To chant all four steps together
is one of the most important daily Tao practices. Just by chanting these four
Tao mantras, you could receive remarkable healing, rejuvenation, and longevity.
Chant now:
Lian Jing Hua Qi
(pronounced lyen jing hwah chee)
Lian Qi Hua Shen
(pronounced lyen chee hwah shun)
Lian Shen Huan Xu
(pronounced lyen shun hwahn shü)
Lian Xu Huan Tao
(pronounced lyen shü hwahn dow)
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Shen Huan Xu
Lian Xu Huan Tao
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Shen Huan Xu
Lian Xu Huan Tao
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Shen Huan Xu
Lian Xu Huan Tao
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Shen Huan Xu
Lian Xu Huan Tao
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Shen Huan Xu
Lian Xu Huan Tao
Lian Jing Hua Qi
Lian Qi Hua Shen
Lian Shen Huan Xu
Lian Xu Huan Tao …
Practice for three to five minutes each time. The more you
practice, the better. These are very important practices to make you younger.
The more you chant, the more you will rejuvenate yourself. This is absolutely
one of the sacred practices in the Tao
I teaching.

Thank you Master Sha for this profound teaching of the difference between emptiness in the heart (Xu) and emptiness in the brain (Tao). This was an "aha!" moment for my understanding of emptiness. Thank you for powerful, yet simple, transforming practices that actually do what they are saying. LYLYLY TYTYTY CBD CBD CBD
