Transform Sadness to Strength

Dear Ones,

Mantras are special sounds and messages that carry high spiritual frequencies and vibrations with love, forgiveness, compassion and light. These special frequencies and vibrations can transform the frequency and vibration of all life. Mantras are extremely powerful because they can remove soul mind body blockages in every aspect of life. When you chant a mantra, the saints and spiritual fathers and mothers in Heaven hear you chanting and will come to bless your life.

Hei Heng Hong Ha

“Hei” (pronounced hay) is the sacred sound that stimulates the first (root) energy chakra, which is the first Soul House. Millions of people understand the energy chakras. The Divine and Tao asked me to emphasize that the energy chakras are the Soul Houses. Our beloved body soul resides in one of the seven energy chakras. Therefore, in my teaching, the energy chakras are called the Soul Houses. For more teaching on the Soul Houses, please see my book Tao Song and Tao Dance or Soul Healing Miracles.

“Heng” (pronounced hung) is the sacred sound that stimulates the second energy chakra or second Soul House.

“Hong” (pronounced hawng) is the sacred sound that stimulates the third energy chakra or third Soul House.

“Ha” (pronounced hah) is the sacred sound to stimulate the Zhong.

Hei Heng Hong Ha are the four sacred sounds to stimulate the first, second, and third Soul Houses, as well as the Zhong.

“Zhong” means core. The Zhong (pronounced jawng) is an area in the back half of the lower abdomen that includes four major sacred areas and points. They are the Hui Yin acupuncture point, Kun Gong, Ming Men acupuncture point, and Wei Lü.

The Zhong is the Tao area in the body, located in the back half of the lower abdomen. The Ming Men acupuncture point is the essence of the Zhong. The power and significance of the Zhong can be summarized as follows:
·      It is the core of life.
·      It includes four major sacred areas and points: Kun Gong, Ming Men acupuncture point, Wei Lü, and Hui Yin acupuncture point.
·      It is the most important sacred center for boosting energy, stamina, vitality, and immunity.
·      It is the key center for rejuvenation and prolonging life.
·      It is the sacred center for healing all sickness in the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical bodies.
·      It is the sacred center to transform all life, including relationships and finances.
·      It is the sacred center for increasing intelligence.

Practice for transforming sadness and grief

Body Power. Sit up straight or stand up. Gently touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Place both palms on your lower abdomen below your naval. Repeatedly tap your lower abdomen (Soul Tapping) with both palms when you begin chanting the mantra.

Soul Power. Say hello:

Dear Divine, Dear Tao, Dear the Source,
Dear all my spiritual fathers and mothers in Heaven,
Dear the sacred Source mantra Hei Heng Hong Ha,
I love you, honor you, and appreciate you.
When I chant the sacred Source mantra Hei Heng Hong Ha, please transform my sadness to strength and ground my soul, heart, mind and body.
I am very grateful.
Thank you.

Mind Power. Focus on your entire lower abdomen, including the back half of your lower abdomen (the Zhong). Visualize a golden or rainbow light ball shining brightly in your entire lower abdomen.

Sound Power. Chant or sing silently or aloud:

Hei Heng Hong Ha (pronounced hay hung hawng hah)
Hei Heng Hong Ha
Hei Heng Hong Ha
Hei Heng Hong Ha

Hei Heng Hong Ha
Hei Heng Hong Ha
Hei Heng Hong Ha
Hei Heng Hong Ha

Hei Heng Hong Ha
Hei Heng Hong Ha
Hei Heng Hong Ha
Hei Heng Hong Ha…

Hao! Hao! Hao!
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Practice. Practice. Practice. The longer and the more often you practice, the better.

With love and blessing,

Master Sha
