Dear Ones,
In my book Divine Healing Hands, I shared some practices to heal emotional imbalances. I
share them again now so you can continue to experience the power and simplicity
of these practices to benefit your whole life. Remember: Da Tao zhi jian—the Big Way is extremely simple.
Five thousand years ago, traditional Chinese medicine
clearly shared the profound wisdom and connection between the physical body and
the emotional body:
• The Fire element (heart) connects with anxiety and
depression in the emotional body.
• The Earth element (spleen) connects with worry in the
emotional body.
• The Metal element (lungs) connects with grief and sadness
in the emotional body.
• The Water element (kidneys) connects with fear in the
emotional body.
Anger, depression, anxiety, worry, grief, sadness, and fear
are the major emotional imbalances for humanity. There are other emotional
imbalances such as guilt, shame, unworthiness, and more. All of them connect
with the Five Elements. All of them can be balanced by balancing the Five
Elements.
Apply the Four Power Techniques to heal all emotional
imbalances:
Body Power. Sit up straight. Close your eyes. Place
the tip of your tongue gently against the roof of your mouth. Take your left
hand and place all of the fingers together. Grasp the fingers of your left hand
with your right hand. Place both hands on the lower abdomen below the navel.
This is the Five Elements Hand Position.
Soul Power. Say hello:
Dear soul mind body of my liver, heart, spleen, lungs, and
kidneys,
I love you all.
You have the power to heal all of my emotional imbalances.
Do a good job.
Thank you.
Dear Divine,
Dear Tao,
Please forgive the mistakes that my ancestors and I have made
in all lifetimes related to the Five Elements and all emotional imbalances.
In order to receive forgiveness I will serve humanity, Mother
Earth, and all souls unconditionally.
Thank you.
Mind Power. Visualize rainbow light radiating in the
liver, heart, spleen, lungs, and kidneys.
Sound Power. Chant or sing silently or aloud:
Jiao Zhi Gong Shang Yu (pronounced jee-yow jr gawng
shahng yĆ¼)
Jiao Zhi Gong Shang Yu
Jiao Zhi Gong Shang Yu
Jiao Zhi Gong Shang Yu
Jiao Zhi Gong Shang Yu . . .
“Jiao” is the sacred Tao Song mantra to vibrate and radiate
in the liver. “Zhi” is the sacred Tao Song mantra to vibrate and radiate in
the heart. “Gong” is the sacred Tao Song mantra to vibrate and
radiate in the spleen. “Shang” is the sacred Tao Song mantra to
vibrate and radiate in the lungs. “Yu” is the sacred Tao Song mantra
to vibrate and radiate in the kidneys. Chanting this Tao Song
mantra vibrates all the major organs. Therefore, it balances all
Five Elements.
Stop reading now. Chant Jiao Zhi Gong Shang Yu for
five minutes. Generally speaking, chant for three to five minutes per
time, three to five times per day. If you have a chronic or
life-threatening condition, chant for two hours or more per day. The
longer you chant and the more you chant, the better the results you
could receive. Add all of the practice time together to total two hours
or more per day.
