Purify and Enlighten Your Heart

Dear Ones,

Line 36 of the Immortal Tao Song is Xiu Miao Ming Xin.

“Xiu” means Xiu Lian. Xiu Lian is purification. “Miao” means profound. “Ming” means enlighten. “Xin” means heart. “Xiu miao ming xin” (pronounced sheo mee-yow ming sheen) means purify and enlighten your heart.

Tao creates all things in all universes. Tao is quiet and calm. Tao is pure and profound. Tao has no attachment. Tao flows naturally. To study Tao and to purify the heart, it is very important to follow nature’s way.

The Divine gave me the Soul Songs Love, Peace and Harmony and God Gives His Heart to Me. These Divine Soul Songs are absolute treasures for purifying the heart. Let me lead you in a practice to purify the heart.

Apply the Four Power Techniques:

Body Power. Put your left palm over your Message Center. Also known as the heart chakra, the Message Center is a fist-sized energy center located in the center of your chest, behind the sternum. The Message Center is very important for developing soul communication abilities and for healing. It is also the love center, forgiveness center, karma center, emotional center, life transformation center, soul enlightenment center, and more. Put your right hand in the traditional prayer position.

Soul Power. Say hello:

Dear Divine Soul Song, Love, Peace and Harmony, I love you, honor you, and appreciate you. Please purify my heart and transform my heart to be pure, profound, sincere, and to have unconditional love, forgiveness, and compassion.

Mind Power. Visualize your Jin Dan (golden light ball) rotating in your lower abdomen. In every practice, you can apply Mind Power in the same way. This way is to focus on the Jin Dan. It does not matter in which part of the body you want to receive healing or rejuvenation. To focus on the Jin Dan is to focus on Tao. There is only one place to focus: the Jin Dan. The teaching is so simple. It is too simple to believe. Remember Da Tao zhi jian, The Big Tao is extremely simple.

Chant or sing for at least three to five minutes, three to five times per day. Purifying the heart is the key for Tao practice. Purifying the heart is the key for all spiritual practices. There is no limitation for this practice. The more you practice, the more your heart will purify. The benefits are unlimited.
