Dear Ones,
Millions of people practice qi gong. Millions of people
practice yoga. Qi gong is a Chinese soul mind body practice. Yoga is an Indian
soul mind body practice. In both qi gong and yoga, the kundalini is a very
important area for developing energy for healing, rejuvenation, and longevity.
The kundalini, as it is called in yoga practice, is located in front of the
tailbone.
The kundalini is a fist-sized energy center. In Buddhist
practice, this area is named the Snow Mountain Area. In Taoist practice, it is
named the Golden Urn. Taoists have sacred practices to form a Jin Dan in the
Golden Urn. “Jin” (pronounced jeen)
means gold. “Dan” (pronounced dahn) means light ball. Millions of people in history have done Jin Dan
practices and continue to do them now.
In traditional Chinese medicine, this area is named the Ming
Men Area. “Ming” means life. “Men”
means gate. The Ming Men is divided
into Ming Men fire and Ming Men water. Ming Men fire is the most important yang
in the body. Ming Men water is the most important yin in the body. Ming Men
fire and Ming Men water are the life force for a human being. This life force
area is the kundalini.
Kundalini, Snow Mountain, Golden Urn, and Ming Men are
different names for the same thing. Their essence is the same. This area is a
life force source and storehouse.
Several major types of blockages can exhaust one’s life
force:
1. Soul blockages
Soul blockages are negative karma that one and one’s
ancestors have created in all lifetimes, including current lifetimes and all
past lifetimes. Negative karma is created by hurtful, harmful actions,
behaviors, speech, and thoughts, such as killing, injuring, cheating, stealing,
negative body language, gossiping, complaining, and much more.
2. Heart blockages
Heart blockages include impurities such as selfishness,
greed, desire for fame or money, unworthiness, and much more.
3. Mind blockages
Mind blockages include negative mind-sets, negative
attitudes, negative beliefs, ego, attachments, and much more.
4. Emotional blockages
Emotional blockages include anger, anxiety, depression,
guilt, worry, grief, fear, and much more.
5. Body blockages
Body blockages include matter blockages and energy
blockages, such as tumors, cysts, inflammation, and more. Any of these
blockages will affect one’s life.
Kundalini practice is extremely important because it helps
remove these blockages. Let us do a guided kundalini meditation practice
together.
Let us start the meditation now. We will apply the Four
Power Techniques.
Body Power. Sit
in a chair or in the half-lotus or full-lotus position. Keep your back straight
and away from the back of the chair. Touch the tip of your tongue gently to the
roof of your mouth. Place one palm on your navel and the other palm on your
lower back, over the Ming Men Area.
Soul Power. Say hello to inner souls:
Dear soul mind body of
my kundalini,
I love you, honor you,
and appreciate you.
You are the life force
center.
Please develop
yourself.
I am very grateful.
Thank you.
Say hello to outer
souls:
Dear Divine,
Dear Tao, The Source,
Dear countless planets, stars, galaxies, and universes,
Dear countless healing angels, archangels, ascended masters,
gurus, lamas, kahunas, holy saints, Taoist saints, buddhas, bodhisattvas, and
all kinds of spiritual fathers and mothers on Mother Earth, in Heaven, and in
countless planets, stars, galaxies, and universes,
I love you all, honor you all, and appreciate you all.
Please remove soul, heart, mind, emotional, and body
blockages from my kundalini and highly develop my kundalini.
I am very grateful.
Thank you.
Mind Power. Put
your mind on your kundalini. Read the following directions for chanting (Sound
Power) and visualization (Mind Power) and follow them, one step at a time.
Sound Power.
Chant repeatedly Ming Men Jing Qi Shen He
Yi (pronounced ming mun jing chee
shun huh yee, it means matter,
energy, and soul of the Ming Men join as one). At the same time, visualize
a fist-sized golden light ball forming and rotating counterclockwise in the
Ming Men Area.
Now, let us chant silently and visualize for at least five
minutes the fist-sized golden ball rotating counterclockwise
in the Ming Men Area.
Chant:
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi ...
Next, visualize the fist-sized golden light ball rotating clockwise in the Ming Men Area. Chant
silently or aloud for five more minutes:
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi
Ming Men Jing Qi Shen
He Yi ...
The longer you chant and visualize, the better. This
exercise is vital for boosting energy, stamina, vitality, and immunity. It is
also vital for healing the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical bodies.
It is the key for rejuvenation and prolonging life. In one sentence:
This exercise is a daily practice for healing, rejuvenation, longevity,
and immortality.
With love and blessing,
Master Sha
