sit down. I need ten minutes more. My teaching must continue. This is ancient
teaching. Heaven has put in the power for the practitioners. First we had:
Shen Sheng Jing. Shen means kidneys. Sheng means
create. Jing means matter.
Second: Jing Sheng Sui. Kidneys produce jing.
This jing is the essence of the whole life. All kinds of essence and the
nutrients of life are within. This jing will flow down to the kundalini. Many
of people practice the kundalini. There are invisible holes within the
tailbone. This jing will flow through the two holes, up the spinal cord and up
to the brain.
This is
five thousand years sacred path for longevity and immortality. This is also the
path for immortality. This secret has not been open to the public enough, or at
least not enough. Today we will learn the third one.
Sui Chong Nao – The jing goes into the spinal
cord nourishing it and then it goes to the brain to offer support and
nourishment. The kidneys produce jing. The jing flows to the invisible holes
and up the spinal cord. The matter creates marrow which nourishes the spinal
cord. Sui is the bone marrow. Chong means fulfill. Nao is the brain. Millions
of people have poor memory and cannot think properly. Millions of people have
Alzheimer’s because in this path there is not enough jing energy.

This is a
sacred teaching in my Tao I book. Every day I will teach one sacred chant. I
will not only give one sacred chant, but I will transmit Heaven’s power to the
calligraphy and to the people. This morning I flowed the sentences for Shen
Sheng Jing and Jing Sheng Sui. Now I will flow the description for Sui Chong
Nao.
Sui Chong
Nao – Sui means spinal cord or bone marrow. Chong means to fulfill. Nao means
brain. Sui Chong Nao means the spinal cord matter and energy flows up to
nourish the brain. This is the sacred process. Kidneys create jing. Jing goes
into the spinal cord. Then the spinal cord moves up to nourish the brain. These
three treasures are sacred treasures to rejuvenate and prolong life. The
benefits cannot be expressed enough. Everyone watch here. First, I will put the
