Dear Ones,

To balance yin and yang is to heal. To balance yin and yang is to transform life. Everything in the universe can be divided into yin and yang. For example, tai chi is a major practice of Yin Yang. Tai chi uses visualization and movement to promote and balance the flow of Qi (vital energy or life force) in the yin organs and yang organs, and in the yin meridians and yang meridians.

yang. The black fish represents yin. Everything can be divided into yin and yang: every human being, every system, every organ, every cell, every cell unit, every DNA and RNA, every smallest bit of matter inside the body, every planet, every star, every galaxy, and every universe. Yin Yang is a Universal Law because it can summarize and describe everything.

Yin and yang are independent but united. Day and night are different. Light and dark are different. Man and woman are different. But they are all united and connected. Male is yang, but it can be subdivided into yin and yang again. For example, the front side of the body is yin, while the back side of the body is yang. The heart is a yin organ, while the small intestine is its paired yang organ.

Another important wisdom of Yin Yang is that yin is never absolute yin; yang is always within yin. In the same way, yang is never absolute yang; yin is always within yang. The Yin Yang symbol presents exactly this wisdom. Inside the white fish there is a black eye. This means yin within yang. Inside the black fish there is a white eye. This means yang within yin.

How does this wisdom apply to the human body? This is a qian gu zhi mi (pronounced chyen goo jee mee)—a “thousand-year ancient mystery.” In 2008, the Divine revealed to me the secret of this qian gu zhi mi. The Divine explained how to understand the white and black eyes inside our bodies.

Five thousand years ago the Yellow Emperor explained the important and fundamental concept of yin and yang within the body—namely, the entire front half of the body belongs to yin; the entire back half of the body belongs to yang. But nowhere has anyone written an explanation of where the white eye and the black eye are. Here is the mystery revealed: the Message Center is the white eye in the black fish (the front half of the body); the Snow Mountain Area is the black eye in the white fish (the back half of the body).

The Snow Mountain Area is one of two key foundational energy centers in the body. (The other is the Lower Dan Tian.) To locate it, imagine a line going from your navel straight back through your body. This line connects your navel to the Ming Men acupuncture point on your back. Along this line, go one-third of the way in from your back toward your navel. From this point, go straight down about 2.5 cun (a cun is the width of your top thumb joint). That is the center of this fist-sized energy center.

The Snow Mountain Area is:

·      the prenatal energy center; it connects with the energy of your parents and other ancestors and holds the essence of their energy

·      the key to quality of life and long life

·      the energy source for the kidneys

·      energy food for the brain and Third Eye

·      the starting point of the four major meridians (Ren, Du, Dai, Chong) of traditional Chinese medicine

“Snow Mountain Area” is a Buddhist term. Taoists call this area the Golden Urn. Traditional Chinese medicine calls it the Ming Men area, which means the gate of life. In yoga this area is known as kundalini. Developing the power of the Snow Mountain Area is vital for every aspect of life.

The black fish that represents the front side of the body also represents the spiritual world. Therefore, the white eye—the Message Center (or heart chakra)—in the black fish represents physical world within spiritual world. The spiritual world communicates with the physical being through the white eye. The secret wisdom here is that the Divine and the spiritual world communicate with and guide us through our Message Centers. If your Message Center is not fully open and of the highest purity, you will not receive complete teachings and guidance from the Divine and the spiritual world.

The white fish that represents the backside of the body also represents the physical world. Therefore, the black eye—the Snow Mountain Area—in the white fish represents the spiritual world with the physical world. The physical being connects with the spiritual world through the black eye. The secret wisdom here is that to open your Third Eye and other soul communication abilities, focus on your Snow Mountain Area. If your Snow Mountain Area is not fully developed and of the highest purity, the Divine and the spiritual world cannot communicate with you completely.

To fully develop and completely purify your Snow Mountain Area is to send your complete and purest messages to the Divine and the spiritual world.

Body Power. Stand or sit up straight. Gently touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Put your right fist on your Message Center. Put your left fist on the Snow Mountain Area. Tap both areas continuously.
