What is the best time to meditate | How to you follow the Tao | What Are The Best Times To Do Spiritual Practice | What are the Best Spiritual Practices

Dear Ones,

One of the most important traditional Tao teachings is Jing Qi Shen (pronounced jing chee shun). This has been taught for thousands of years. When I received the Tao text (75 sacred phrases) for my book Tao I: The Way of All Life, the Divine and Tao changed the order to Shen Qi Jing.

Shen includes soul, heart and mind. Qi is energy. Qi represents all of the energy in the body, including the energies of all systems, organs, cells, cell units, DNA, RNA, smallest matter inside the cells, and spaces between the cells. Jing is matter. It represents all of the matter in the body. Serious Tao practitioners devote their whole life to producing and improving the quality of jing. Everything is made of matter. Energy is tiny matter. Like jing, qi (energy) also has different frequencies and layers of power.

In Tao I, I shared the sacred sentence and powerful Tao chant, Tian Di Ren He Yi—Heaven, Earth, and human being join as one. To chant Tian Di Ren He Yi (pronounced tyen dee wren huh yee) is to bring the soul, energy, and matter of Heaven, Earth, and human being to you, to build your Jin Dan (golden light ball).

“Tian” means Heaven. “Di” means Mother Earth. “Ren” means human being. In Tao teaching, to gather soul, energy, and matter from Heaven, Earth, and human being together to your body is to build your Jin Dan. Jin Dan is the Tao secret for all healing, rejuvenation, longevity, and further to immortality.

Let us chant now:

What is the best time to meditate, How to you follow the Tao, What Are The ,Best Times, To Do Spiritual Practice, What are the Best Spiritual Practices, master Sha, Tao, Taoism, Meditation, meditate,
What is the best time to meditate, How to you follow

Practice, What are the Best Spiritual Practices
Tian Di Ren He Yi
Tian Di Ren He Yi
Tian Di Ren He Yi
Tian Di Ren He Yi
Tian Di Ren He Yi
Tian Di Ren He Yi
Tian Di Ren He Yi …

Now let us chant Shen Qi Jing He Yi (join all souls, energies and matter as one):

Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Shen Qi Jing He Yi ...

Chant for at least three minutes. There is no time limit. The more you chant, the more benefits you will receive.

What are the best times to practice Shen Qi Jing He Yi and Tian Di Ren He Yi?

Since ancient times, serious Tao practitioners have practiced developing and refining their qi for hours each day. There are four important times in the day for Tao practitioners to practice:

• 11:00 PM–1:00 AM, which is named Zi time (pronounced dz)
• 5:00 AM–7:00 AM, which is named Mao time (pronounced mow, rhymes with now)
• 11:00 AM–1:00 PM, which is named Wu time (pronounced woo)
• 5:00 PM–7:00 PM, which is named You time (pronounced yo)

Why are these four time periods important?

Zi time (11:00 PM–1:00 am) is the gallbladder meridian’s time. During these two hours, the energy of the gallbladder is most active. This is also the most yin time of the day. From this time, yang increases more and more, while yin decreases more and more. Therefore, this is a time of yin-yang exchange. All of these factors make Zi time a vital time for energy and spiritual practice.

Mao time (5:00 am–7:00 am) is the large intestine meridian’s time. During these two hours, the energy of the large intestine is most active. It is early morning, sunrise time. It is the time when the sun and much of nature offer the most pleasant energy. Many Tao practitioners do special practices while facing the sun when it is just beginning to rise. They receive remarkable nourishment. They could increase the frequency and purity of their qi and jing significantly. The frequency and purity of one’s qi (energy) and jing (matter) directly affect one’s power for healing, preventing sickness, rejuvenating, and prolonging life.

Wu time (11:00 am–1:00 PM) is the heart meridian’s time. During these two hours, the energy of the heart meridian is most active. This is the most yang time of the day. From this time yang will decrease, while yin will increase. This is the other time (with Zi time) of yin-yang exchange.
Practicing during times of yin-yang exchange is powerful for healing and rejuvenation.

You time (5:00 PM–7:00 PM) is the kidney meridian’s time. During these two hours, the energy of the kidney meridian is most active. In Tao teaching and in traditional Chinese medicine, the kidneys produce jing. The kidneys are in charge of water metabolism. The kidneys store the essence of matter and connect with all of the bones in the body. Tao practice has paid great attention to You time because the kidneys produce the most jing in this time. Therefore, it is a vital time for improving the quality of your jing.

The purpose of all of the energy and spiritual practices in Tao training is to purify and increase the frequency and vibration of matter, energies, and souls. There are so many powerful stories in history of high-level Tao masters’ remarkable abilities for healing, rejuvenation, and longevity. Ancient Tao teaching has many powerful secrets, wisdom, knowledge, and practical techniques.

Practice. Practice. Practice
Heal. Heal. Heal.
Rejuvenate. Rejuvenate. Rejuvenate.
Long life. Long life. Long life.
Hao! Hao! Hao!
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

With love and blessing,

Master Sha

What is a Mantra | The best Mantra to chant | Everyday | for success | Meditation | Money | Master Sha

Dear Ones,

Throughout history, chanting mantras has been one of the most important methods of spiritual and energy healing and development. Millions of healing stories have been created by chanting mantras.

In ancient teaching and practice, there are three secrets that I have explained before: Shen Mi (Body Secret), Kou Mi (Mouth Secret), and Yi Mi (Thinking Secret). Mouth Secret is to chant mantras. In 2000 I created the Four Power Techniques, which are Body Power, Soul Power, Mind Power, and Sound Power.Mantra can heal experience personal healing blessings in my special healing Mantras for every aspect of life.

Heal, Love, Master Sha,
In the books of my Soul Power Series and my other books, I have offered much teaching about many sacred mantras, ancient and new. I encourage you to read these books. I have shared many powerful mantras together with soul and ancient secrets, wisdom, knowledge, and practical techniques for
applying mantras to self-heal and more. These teachings and practices have created hundreds of thousands of soul healing miracles worldwide. I have shared the most powerful mantras in history in these books. Billions of people throughout history have received transformation in every aspect of life through these sacred practices.

Let me emphasize again the power and significance of mantras.

What Is a Mantra?

A mantra is a special sound and message that the Divine, Tao, buddhas, saints, gurus, and other kinds of spiritual fathers and mothers created in their spiritual and energy practice for transforming all life. When a mantra is chanted repeatedly, transformation occurs.

The Power and Significance of Mantras

Mantras are special sounds and messages that carry high spiritual frequencies and vibrations. These special frequencies and vibrations can transform the frequency and vibration of all life.
Mantras carry love, forgiveness, compassion and light. Love melts all blockages and transforms all life. Forgiveness brings inner joy and inner peace to all life. Compassion boosts energy, stamina, vitality, and immunity of all life. Light heals, prevents sickness, purifies and rejuvenates soul, heart, mind, and body, purifies and rejuvenates spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical bodies, transforms relationships and finances, increases intelligence, opens spiritual channels, and brings success in every aspect of all life.

Mantras are a spiritual gathering treasure. When you chant a mantra, the saints and spiritual fathers and mothers in Heaven hear you chanting and will come to bless your life.

Mantras are a major spiritual communication tool to communicate with the Soul World.

Chanting mantras is one of the most ancient spiritual practices. For thousands of years, renowned Hindu, Buddhist, Taoist, and other spiritual leaders in many different traditions have shared their mantras to serve millions of people.

Mantras are extremely powerful because they can remove soul mind body blockages in every aspect of life. I want to share and emphasize a major spiritual secret. When you chant a mantra, please do Forgiveness Practice at the same time. Forgiveness Practice is the key to self-clear negative karma. Negative karma is the root blockage in every aspect of life, including health, relationships, finances, business, and more. Remember, every time you chant a mantra, do Forgiveness Practice at the same time. It will enhance your healing and life transformation many times over.

If you want to know if a pear is sweet, taste it.
If you want to know if chanting mantras is powerful, experience it.

If you experience instant results, you will believe chanting mantras works. If you do not experience instant results, be patient. Continue to practice. Transformation is on the way.

You can do it!

Today I will share two ways to boost energy, stamina, vitality and immunity.

We have two ways to chant: One is to chant silently and the other is to chant out loud. To chant silently is yin chanting; to chant out loud is yang chanting. To chant slowly is yin chanting; to chant fast is yang chanting. We need both. We need the yin energy as well as the yang energy. Yin chanting produces yin energy; yang chanting produces yang energy. Both types of chanting are vital.

Place your hand toward the Source Ling Guang Calligraphy. You can use the Soul Healing Miracles book or the Soul Healing Miracles App. The light will gather and form a light ball within your lower abdomen.

Chant fast:

Ling Guang Ling Guang
Expand my Lower Dan Tian Jin Dan

Ling Guang Ling Guang
Form my Lower Dan Tian Jin Dan

Ling Guang Ling Guang
Expand my Lower Dan Tian Jin Dan

Place one hand on the lower abdomen and one hand on the Ming Men acupuncture point directly opposite your navel (on your backside).

Dear soul mind body of my Lower Dan Tian,
I love you, honor you, and appreciate you.
Lower Dan Tian is the foundational energy center.
It is the key for energy, stamina, vitality, and immunity.

Remember that meditation is creative visualization. Now we will do Master Guo’s Raging Sea Meditation. Visualize there is an ocean inside of your Lower Dan Tian. If you only use your head, how can you visualize the whole ocean? Visualize your abdomen is Mother Earth. There are many kinds of oceans inside of your lower abdomen.

The sun is shining. There is a very gentle wind. The wind is above the ocean and going from the right side to the left side. The ocean has little waves. The wind is getting stronger. The waves are getting stronger.

The wind is getting stronger yet. The waves are getting BIGGER! A typhoon is coming!  The TIDAL WAVES are coming and shooting toward your head! The lightning is coming.

Hear and see the images.

Typhoon! Tidal waves! Thunder and lightning!! Whew! Whew!

The ocean is boiling inside of your lower abdomen. Enjoy the boiling ocean.

If you can see the ocean, waves, thunder and lightning, that is good. This is special meditation called "Raging Sea." Continue for a few minutes. See or imagine the images.

The waves are now calm, and the thunder and lightning are no longer in existence. The wind has become very calm. The water is extremely quiet and still.

Enjoy the peace for one minute.

Hao!

Do you love the ocean mediation? My spiritual father and mentor, Dr. and Master Zhi Chen Guo created this "Raging Sea" Meditation.

Today we concentrated on the Lower Dan Tian practice. The Lower Dan Tian is a foundation energy center, and key for stamina, vitality and immunity. Everyone needs energy, stamina, vitality, and immunity. The Lower Dan Tian is below the navel 1.5 cun and 2.5 cun inside. Its size is compared to that of a fist.

To summarize, we practiced in two ways:

1. We put one hand below the lower abdomen and placed one toward the Source Ling Guang Calligraphy and all of the saints, saints’ animals and treasures will offer the blessing.
2. We practiced the “Raging Sea” Meditation with a quiet ocean and no wind. Then, going from right to left the water and wind got stronger and stronger. The waves got bigger; the typhoon was coming. There was thunder and lightning. Then the thunder and lightning stopped and the ocean became quiet once more.

Hao!

What is meditation? It is creative visualization. The Raging Sea is a wonderful creative visualization exercise.

In one sentence, how did you feel? Heat, warm, peaceful, energized, quiet? Did you enjoy this meditation? Leave a comment.

Love you. Love you. Love you.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Master Sha
