Master Sha teaches Tao Secrets to prevent sickness

Master Sha teaches Tao Secrets for the way of all life

Dear Ones,

I am teaching that every aspect of life has a Tao. “Tao ye chang sheng” means Tao career flourishes. Follow the Tao of any aspect of life and that aspect of life will flourish. Follow the Tao of every aspect of life and your whole life will flourish. This is your Tao career.

There is a Tao of eating. Eat healthy food. Eat regularly. Do not eat too much, especially before sleeping. Many people on Mother Earth do not follow the Tao of eating, which are eating principles. The Tao of eating is so simple but many people ignore it. If you do not follow the Tao of eating, it will affect your health. It will affect your longevity. When people become very sick, they could regret the way they have eaten but it could be too late.

A renowned Japanese doctor wrote a book in which he recommended that we chew every mouthful of food thirty to forty times. He explains the many benefits of doing this. People do believe that chewing food more thoroughly is better, but how many people actually do this simple practice? This is the Tao of eating.

Eating food properly and preparing the digestive system are very important for your health. Millions of people on Mother Earth have issues with their digestive system: mouth, gums, teeth, esophagus, stomach, liver, small intestine, large intestine, pancreas, and spleen. How many unhealthy conditions are connected with these organs? If everyone spent three minutes to prepare his or her digestive system to receive food with simple yet powerful Tao practices, how many sicknesses of the digestive system could be prevented? As The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic stated:

Shang gong zhi wei bing, bu zhi yi bing

This means the best doctor prevents sickness instead of treating sickness.

Let me share a Tao practice to prepare our digestive systems before eating and to promote good digestion and absorption after eating.

Jin Dan Jin Gu – Practice Before Meals

The sacred and secret mantra for this practice is Jin Dan Jin Gu (pronounced jeen dahn jeen goo). The first “Jin” means gold. “Dan” means light ball. The second “Jin” means go into. “Gu” means food. “Jin dan jin gu” means Jin Dan prepares your entire digestive system for food intake.

Five minutes before eating, apply the Four Power Techniques in this practice:

Body Power. Sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor. Gently touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Put your right palm just above your navel. Put your left palm just below your navel.

Soul Power. Say hello:

Dear soul mind body of my Jin Dan,
Dear soul mind body of my entire digestive system,
I love you, honor you, and appreciate you.
You have the power to prepare my entire digestive system for food intake.
I am very happy and grateful.
Thank you.

Mind Power. Visualize a golden light ball rotating in your entire digestive system, from mouth, teeth, tongue, and salivary glands, to esophagus, stomach, spleen, small intestine, and more, to
prepare it well for your meal.

Sound Power. Chant or sing silently or aloud:

Jin Dan Jin Gu (pronounced jeen dahn jeen goo)
Jin Dan Jin Gu
Jin Dan Jin Gu
Jin Dan Jin Gu
Jin Dan Jin Gu
Jin Dan Jin Gu
Jin Dan Jin Gu …

Chant or sing for at least five minutes. Practicing a little longer would be perfect.

This practice is extremely important:
• to prepare your entire digestive system, including all digestive liquids, enzymes, and more
  • to boost the functioning of every organ and every cell in your digestive system

When you chant Jin dan jin gu, the golden light ball in your abdomen will radiate to your entire digestive system, including all of its organs, cells, DNA, and RNA, to prepare your digestive system to create digestive fluids and enzymes and for every organ and cell in your digestive system to function well.

When you sing or chant Jin dan jin gu, you may produce liquid (saliva) in your mouth. This is a very good and important signal. Swallow that liquid. This is sacred wisdom that tells you your digestive system is starting to prepare well for food intake.
~
Now let me share with you a secret and sacred Tao practice to help you digest and absorb food well after eating:

Jin Dan Hua Gu – Practice After Meals

The sacred and secret mantra for this practice is Jin Dan Hua Gu (pronounced jeen dahn hwah goo). The first “Jin” means gold. “Dan” means light ball. “Hua” means digest and absorb. “Jin dan hua gu” means Jin Dan assists your entire digestive system to digest and absorb food well.

Right after eating, apply the Four Power Techniques in this practice:

Body Power. Sit up straight.

You have the power to help me digest and absorb food well.
I deeply appreciate it.
Thank you.

Sound Power. Chant or sing silently or aloud:

Jin Dan Hua Gu (pronounced jeen dahn hwah goo)
Jin Dan Hua Gu
Jin Dan Hua Gu
Jin Dan Hua Gu
Jin Dan Hua Gu
Jin Dan Hua Gu
Jin Dan Hua Gu …

Chant or sing for at least fifteen minutes. Practicing for a half hour would be best.

Mind Power. Visualize a golden light ball rotating in your whole digestive system to digest and absorb food well.

This practice is extremely important:
  • to help your entire digestive system digest and absorb food well
  • to boost the functioning of every organ and every cell in your digestive system

I would like you to know that to chant Jin Dan Jin Gu and Jin Dan Hua Gu is not only to prepare for eating and to digest and absorb food well. To chant Jin Dan Jin Gu and Jin Dan Hua Gu is to build your light body. To build a light body is to reach fan lao huan tong—to transform old age to the health and purity of the baby state.

Love you. Love you. Love you.
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

With love and blessing,

Master Sha

How is bad Bad Karma created (Part II)

How is bad Bad Karma created (Part II)

Dear Ones,

This is a continuation of my last blog post.

If you create bad karma but do not apologize instantly, Heaven and the Akashic Records will record this bad karma. All of your bad karma accumulates. When your bad karma becomes heavy, you will start to learn karmic lessons. These lessons could include sickness, broken relationships, financial challenges, all kinds of emotional imbalances such as anger, fear, worry, depression, anxiety, and more.

Let me share a top secret for preventing new bad karma: chant silently nonstop. Tao Song is sacred Tao mantras that you can chant in your soul, heart, mind, and body nonstop. It is not necessary to chant out loud. You can chant silently. I have shared these two ways to chant in my earlier books.

To chant out loud is to vibrate the bigger cells and spaces in the body.
To chant silently is to vibrate the smaller cells and spaces.
To chant is to purify your soul, heart, mind, and body.
To chant is to serve.
To chant is to heal.
To chant is to rejuvenate.
To chant is to transform relationships, finances, and every aspect of life.
To chant is to enlighten your soul, heart, mind, and body.

If you make it a habit to chant all of the time, you will avoid crating new bad karma. At the same time, you will self-clear the bad karma you have accumulated through all of your lifetimes, little by little. After many years of chanting, service, and purification, you could clear all of your bad karma from all of your lifetimes Completely. If you have very heavy bad karma, it could be very difficult to completely self-clear all of it in this way, but it could be possible. It also depends on how committed you are to serving unconditionally and selflessly. In addition, it depends on how well you discipline your actions, behaviors, speech, and thoughts.

The Buddha, Shi Jia Mo Ni Fo or Siddhartha Gautama, the founder of Buddhism, created eighty-four thousand spiritual methods in his forty-nine years of spiritual teaching. One of his most powerful teachings is jing tu zong. “Jing” means pure. “Tu” means land. “Zong” means special style. “Jing tu zong” (pronounced jing too dzong) means Pure Land style. The teaching of jing tu zong emphasizes chanting one mantra, Na Mo A Mi Tuo Fo (pronounced nah maw ah mee twaw faw).

“Na mo” are words of honor to a special esteemed being. It means I honor and appreciate you. A Mi Tuo Fo (Amitabha in Sanskrit) is a great ancient buddha. Shi Jia Mo Ni Fo introduced A Mi Tuo Fo to his students.

A Mi Tuo Fo was an emperor in ancient times, before this “turn” or incarnation of Mother Earth. Mother Earth has been destroyed and reborn many times. A Mi Tuo Fo’s time on Mother Earth was billions of years ago. While he was an emperor, he found his spiritual father. He gave up his emperor’s position and went on his spiritual journey. He made forty-eight vows and created a realm
in Heaven where there is no fighting, no ego, and no attachment. This place is named the Pure Land. A Mi Tuo Fo has gathered millions and millions of buddhas and bodhisattvas in the Pure Land. Millions of Buddhist practitioners and students in history have chanted Na Mo A Mi Tuo Fo. Na Mo A Mi Tuo Fo is the most popular Buddhist mantra. Go to any Buddhist temple in any part of the world and you will hear this chant.

Why do I mention this Buddhist teaching? I am not teaching Buddhism. I am sharing this powerful teaching to help you and humanity understand the true power of chanting.

In Buddhist teaching, when you are angry, you chant Na Mo A Mi Tuo Fo. Chant and your anger will disappear. When you have pain, chant Na Mo A Mi Tuo Fo and your pain could disappear. When you have relationship challenges, chant Na Mo A Mi Tuo Fo and you could receive huge blessings.

How does this chant work? A Mi Tuo Fo is a top buddha. He is a servant of humanity. He is a divine servant, vehicle, and channel. The Divine gave him the honor to offer miracle healing. When
a person chants Na Mo A Mi Tuo Fo, A Mi Tuo Fo will come to help. People with difficult cases chant day and night for months. Every moment one is chanting, A Mi Tuo Fo is helping. In a few months, a miracle could happen. For some people, a miracle happens quickly.

I am sharing the mantra Na Mo A Mi Tuo Fo to tell you and humanity that chanting is one of the most powerful ways to receive healing blessings. People have not paid enough attention to chanting.

In one sentence:

To chant A Mi Tuo Fo is to become a buddha.

Chanting Chanting Chanting
Divine chanting is healing
Chanting Chanting Chanting
Divine chanting is rejuvenating

Singing Singing Singing
Divine singing is transforming
Singing Singing Singing
Divine singing is enlightening

Humanity is waiting for divine chanting
All souls are waiting for divine singing
Divine chanting removes all blockages
Divine singing brings inner joy

Divine is chanting and singing
Humanity and all souls are nourishing
Humanity and all souls are chanting and singing
World love, peace and harmony are coming

World love, peace and harmony are coming

World love, peace and harmony are coming

With love and blessing,

Master Sha

How to Build Your Jin Dan

How to Build Your Jin Dan

Dear Ones,

About five years ago, the Divine and Tao guided me to release one of the most important practical sacred Tao practices. This practical treasure is named Jin Dan practice.

Jin Dan is a golden light ball located in one’s lower abdomen, just below the navel and in the center of the body. No one is born with a Jin Dan. Special Tao practice is required to create a Jin Dan.

Jin Dan has layers—different sizes and frequencies. A Tao practitioner can absolutely form a Jin Dan through his or her own efforts. Generally speaking, the Jin Dan developed by a Tao practitioner in this way is the size of a fist. This Jin Dan is created entirely through the practitioner’s own efforts. We could call such a Jin Dan a human Jin Dan.

In one sentence:

Jin Dan is the greatest treasure for all life.

A human being’s soul, mind, and body and a human being’s message, energy, and matter are not enough to build a Jin Dan. Jin Dan gathers the soul, mind, and body of Heaven and Earth, as well as the message, energy, and matter of Heaven and Earth. The Divine and Tao have given me a sacred divine and Tao mantra consisting of eleven sacred phrases. They have guided me that chanting this sacred mantra could help you build your Jin Dan eight to ten times faster than traditional ways.

How does this mantra work? Chanting this sacred mantra gathers the message, energy, and matter from Tao, all universes, all galaxies, all stars, all planets, all layers of Heaven, Mother Earth, the human realm, and from your own soul, mind, and body, to form your Jin Dan.

Here are the eleven sacred phrases:

Tao Sheng Yi
Tian Yi Zhen Shui
Jin Jin Yu Ye
Yan Ru Dan Tian
Shen Qi Jing He Yi
Tian Di Ren He Yi
Jin Dan Lian Cheng
Bai Bing Xiao Chu
Yu Fang Bai Bing
Fan Lao Huan Tong
Chang Shou Yong Sheng

Let me summarize the essence of the meaning and significance of each line in this sacred mantra:

Tao Sheng Yi (pronounced dow shung yee) – Tao creates One. One includes all universes, galaxies, stars, and planets. Chanting Tao sheng yi gathers message, energy, and matter from Tao and from all universes.

Tian Yi Zhen Shui (pronounced tyen yee jun shway) – Chanting this line gathers Heaven’s sacred liquid, which gathers the message, energy, and matter of Heaven.

Jin Jin Yu Ye (pronounced jeen jeen yü yuh) – Chanting this line gathers Mother Earth’s sacred liquid, which gathers the message, energy, and matter of Mother Earth.

Yan Ru Dan Tian (pronounced yahn roo dahn tyen) – The message, energy, and matter from Tao and from all universes, are gathered in the mouth with Heaven’s sacred liquid and Mother Earth’s sacred liquid, and then swallowed into the lower abdomen to form the Jin Dan.

Shen Qi Jing He Yi (pronounced shun chee jing huh yee) All the souls, energies, and matter of the whole body join as one in the Jin Dan.

Tian Di Ren He Yi (pronounce tyen dee wren huh yee) – All the essences of Heaven, Mother Earth, and human being join as one in the Jin Dan.

Jin Dan Lian Cheng (pronounced jeen dahn lyen chung) – From Tao sheng yi, Tian yi zhen shui, Jin jin yu ye, Yan ru dan tian, Shen qi jing he yi, and Tian di ren he yi, the Jin Dan is formed.

Bai Bing Xiao Chu (pronounced bye bing shee-yow choo) – Remove all sicknesses.

Yu Fang Bai Bing (pronounced yü fahng bye bing) – Prevent all sickness.

Fan Lao Huan Tong (pronounced fahn lao hwahn tawng) – Return to the health and purity of the baby state.

Chang Shou Yong Sheng (pronounced chahng sho yawng shung) – Long life, immortal.

Chant with me now:

Tao Sheng Yi                                dow shung yee
Tian Yi Zhen Shui                         tyen yee jun shway
Jin Jin Yu Ye                                 jeen jeen yü yuh
Yan Ru Dan Tian                          yahn roo dahn tyen
Shen Qi Jing He Yi                       shun chee jing huh yee
Tian Di Ren He Yi                         tyen dee wren huh yee
Jin Dan Lian Cheng                      jeen dahn lyen chung
Bai Bing Xiao Chu                        bye bing shee-yow choo
Yu Fang Bai Bing                         yü fahng bye bing
Fan Lao Huan Tong                     fahn lao hwahn tawng
Chang Shou Yong Sheng            chahng sho yawng shung

Chant or sing for at least fifteen minutes. It is best to chant or sing for thirty minutes to one hour. Building a Jin Dan takes time and effort. This practice produces Tian Yi Zhen Shui and Jin Jin Yu Ye to build your Jin Dan. The more you chant or sing, the more quickly you will build your Jin Dan.

With love and blessing,

Master Sha
