Why does a person get sick | What is Good Karma and Bad Karma | Tao teachings from Master Sha


Dear Ones,

Why does a person get sick? Why does a person find it difficult to live more than one hundred years? The root cause is karma. Yin guo chan shen means karma is with a person like a bandage wrapped tightly around the body. The person has no freedom.

Most people carry karma. Some people carry very heavy karma. In my last ten years of personal

observation, I have witnessed people suddenly having heart attacks, dying from cancer, seriously injured in car accidents, suffering from broken relationships, and becoming bankrupt.

The root cause of all of these challenges and disasters is bad karma. Bad karma means one has
made mistakes in previous lifetimes and in this lifetime by taking advantage of, harming, hurting, cheating, stealing from, even killing others, and more. Karma is a spiritual law. When one has made a mistake, one must learn lessons in this lifetime and in future lifetimes. The lessons can include sickness, challenges in finances or relationships, and more. If one has made serious mistakes, one must learn serious lessons.

Karma is divided into good karma and bad karma. Good karma means that one has served others with love, care, compassion, sincerity, honesty, generosity, kindness, and more in previous lifetimes and in this lifetime. This one will receive rewards from Heaven. The rewards can include good health, longevity, blessed relationships and finances, and more.

A person with bad karma will learn lessons in this lifetime and in future lifetimes. A person with bad karma does not have freedom. When the time is ready, bad karma will attack the person. Dark souls will come to this person to teach him or her the karmic lessons.

Here is an example of how dark souls can come to one who has bad karma. For example, you may have been a general in a past lifetime. You could have killed many people in war. When those people were killed, their physical bodies died, but their souls survived. Most of those souls will move on in their spiritual journey. However, ten to twenty percent of those souls may have been so upset that they made a vow to come back for revenge.

For the souls who made a vow to come back to follow you to give you lessons, Heaven does not disapprove. As long as you have the bad karma, these dark souls follow you lifetime after lifetime. Spiritual law allows for this.

In ancient spiritual teaching, these dark souls are named yuan jia zhai zhu (pronounced ywen jya jye joo). “Yuan jia” refers to the souls that you and your ancestors killed, harmed, hurt, took advantage of, cheated, stole from, and more, and who are committed to exact revenge on you. Some of these souls may have committed themselves to the Dark Side to harm you lifetime after lifetime. “Zhai zhu” means owner. When you borrow money from a bank, you owe the bank. The bank is the owner or zhai zhu. In this case of bad karma, you owe the souls you have hurt or harmed. Therefore, they are your zhai zhu. “Yuan jia zhai zhu” means that you and your ancestors owe those souls you harmed and took advantage of. Some of them have committed to become your enemy and cause disasters in your life. This is one aspect of how karma works. Karma is the universal law of cause and effect.

Doing a forgiveness practice regularly is vital for self-clearing karma. I am giving you the wisdom and practical technique now. I have taught hundreds of thousands of people worldwide how to do this forgiveness practice to self-clear karma. This is the way to do it:

Dear Ones,

I am teaching that every aspect of life has a Tao. “Tao ye chang sheng” means Tao career flourishes. Follow the Tao of any aspect of life and that aspect of life will flourish. Follow the Tao of every aspect of life and your whole life will flourish. This is your Tao career.

There is a Tao of eating. Eat healthy food. Eat regularly. Do not eat too much, especially before sleeping. Many people on Mother Earth do not follow the Tao of eating, which are eating principles. The Tao of eating is so simple but many people ignore it. If you do not follow the Tao of eating, it will affect your health. It will affect your longevity. When people become very sick, they could regret the way they have eaten but it could be too late.

A renowned Japanese doctor wrote a book in which he recommended that we chew every mouthful of food thirty to forty times. He explains the many benefits of doing this. People do believe that chewing food more thoroughly is better, but how many people actually do this simple practice? This is the Tao of eating.

Eating food properly and preparing the digestive system are very important for your health. Millions of people on Mother Earth have issues with their digestive system: mouth, gums, teeth, esophagus, stomach, liver, small intestine, large intestine, pancreas, and spleen. How many unhealthy conditions are connected with these organs? If everyone spent three minutes to prepare his or her digestive system to receive food with simple yet powerful Tao practices, how many sicknesses of the digestive system could be prevented? As The Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic stated:

Shang gong zhi wei bing, bu zhi yi bing

This means the best doctor prevents sickness instead of treating sickness.

Let me share a Tao practice to prepare our digestive systems before eating and to promote good digestion and absorption after eating.

Jin Dan Jin Gu – Practice Before Meals

The sacred and secret mantra for this practice is Jin Dan Jin Gu (pronounced jeen dahn jeen goo). The first “Jin” means gold. “Dan” means light ball. The second “Jin” means go into. “Gu” means food. “Jin dan jin gu” means Jin Dan prepares your entire digestive system for food intake.

Five minutes before eating, apply the Four Power Techniques in this practice:

Body Power. Sit up straight with your feet flat on the floor. Gently touch the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Put your right palm just above your navel. Put your left palm just below your navel.

Soul Power. Say hello:

Dear soul mind body of my Jin Dan,

Dear soul mind body of my entire digestive system,

I love you, honor you, and appreciate you.

You have the power to prepare my entire digestive system for food intake.

I am very happy and grateful.

Mind Power. Visualize a golden light ball rotating in your entire digestive system, from mouth, teeth, tongue, and salivary glands, to esophagus, stomach, spleen, small intestine, and more, to
prepare it well for your meal.

This practice is extremely important:

• to prepare your entire digestive system, including all digestive liquids, enzymes, and more

  • to boost the functioning of every organ and every cell in your digestive system

  

When you chant Jin dan jin gu, the golden light ball in your abdomen will radiate to your entire digestive system, including all of its organs, cells, DNA, and RNA, to prepare your digestive system to create digestive fluids and enzymes and for every organ and cell in your digestive system to function well.

When you sing or chant Jin dan jin gu, you may produce liquid (saliva) in your mouth. This is a very good and important signal. Swallow that liquid. This is sacred wisdom that tells you your digestive system is starting to prepare well for food intake.

Now let me share with you a secret and sacred Tao practice to help you digest and absorb food well after eating:

Jin Dan Hua Gu – Practice After Meals

I would like you to know that to chant Jin Dan Jin Gu and Jin Dan Hua Gu is not only to prepare for eating and to digest and absorb food well. To chant Jin Dan Jin Gu and Jin Dan Hua Gu is to build your light body. To build a light body is to reach fan lao huan tong—to transform old age to the health and purity of the baby state.

I continue with important soul guidance for your spiritual journey with topic number 5: Transform Your Consciousness.

Generally speaking, when people talk about consciousness, they think it resides in the brain and mind. This is correct. But the teaching on consciousness that I offer in this book goes further.

Consciousness has three aspects: soul consciousness, mind consciousness, and body consciousness. Every system, every organ, every cell, every cell unit, every DNA and RNA, and every space between the cells has its own consciousness.

To transform consciousness is to transform all consciousness at every level of a human being.
Furthermore, an organization has a consciousness. A city has a consciousness. A country has a consciousness. Mother Earth has a consciousness. A planet has a consciousness. A star has a consciousness. A galaxy has a consciousness. A universe has a consciousness.

To transform consciousness is to transform the universal consciousness. What is the universal consciousness? Universal consciousness is divine consciousness. Align every consciousness in all universes with divine consciousness. The Divine’s consciousness is our consciousness. The Divine’s heart is our heart. The Divine’s soul is every soul in all universes. Meld our hearts with the Divine’s heart. Meld our souls with the Divine’s soul.

Let me lead you in a practice to transform your consciousness and universal consciousness together. The technique is extremely simple and practical. Its power is beyond words.

Chant and sing the Divine Soul Song “God Gives His Heart to Me,” which is a divine mantra:

Let us join hearts and souls together to chant the divine mantra and Divine Soul Song, “God Gives His Heart to Me” To transform soul, heart, mind, body, and consciousness of all humanity and all souls in all universes.

This technique is so simple. Do you really get it? I wish that you do. The real secret is that when you chant, you are the Divine’s heart. You are the Divine’s soul. You are all humanity. You are all souls in all universes.

Humanity is one.

Mother Earth is one.  

All universes are one.  

All souls are one.  

Divine is one.

Transform all souls, hearts, minds, bodies, and consciousnesses to divine consciousness.

Why do you want to be on a spiritual journey?

Millions of people around the world are on a spiritual journey. If you are one of them, have you asked yourself why you want to be on a spiritual journey? You may think, “I want to have more love for myself and others.” Others may think, “I want to transform my relationships.” Others may think, “I want to help the poor, the sick, and the homeless.” Others may think, “I want to enlighten my soul.”

Let me share the key wisdom. The spiritual journey is the journey for the soul. If you want to be on the spiritual journey, you must first be aware right away that you will need to purify your soul and heart. You are transforming your soul and heart to be more loving, forgiving, compassionate, sincere, kind, generous, and grateful.

Your spiritual journey is not only for you and your soul. It is also a journey of service. You are on a path to serve others better and better, and more and more. You are on a path to transform others. You are serving the divine mission, which is to create love, peace, and harmony for humanity, Mother Earth, and all universes.

The key is to commit yourself to the path of service to others. Your soul wants to do this because the Divine made a law: to serve others is to uplift your soul’s spiritual standing.

To uplift your spiritual standing is to move closer to the Divine, which is to move closer to the divine realm. Every soul desires this. Why? What are the benefits of having your soul stay in a higher realm?

The nearer you are to the Divine, the more secret and sacred teaching and wisdom you are given. You are also given greater divine abilities to heal, bless, and transform the lives of others. Jesus, Mary, renowned buddhas, and many great spiritual fathers and mothers on Mother Earth have already demonstrated their divine abilities because they are dedicated to serving humanity. Their souls stay in a very high position in Heaven. They are given divine wisdom and divine abilities to heal and transform others. Therefore, their service has resulted in many heart-touching stories. Millions of people honor the teachings and appreciate the healings, blessings, and love from these
very high-level souls.

Therefore, the one-sentence secret about the spiritual journey is:  

The purpose of the spiritual journey is to serve others.

The Divine gave me a spiritual law in July 2003, the Universal Law of Universal Service. This universal law states:

I am a universal servant.

You are a universal servant.

Everyone and everything is a universal servant.

A universal servant offers universal service, including universal love, forgiveness, peace, healing, blessing, harmony, and enlightenment.

If one offers a little service, one receives little blessing from the universe and from me.

If one offers more service, one receives more blessing.

If one offers unconditional service, one receives unlimited blessing.

This Universal Law of Universal Service clearly states the purpose of one’s spiritual journey and the results. The final destination of one’s spiritual journey is to reach the divine realm. When one’s soul reaches the divine realm, one will receive direct divine teaching and gain more wisdom and abilities from the Divine to serve humanity and all souls.

If you are a spiritual being, the moment you commit to your spiritual journey, spiritual testing will start.
